Rest Well Tea blend is a relaxing blend of herbs selected for their ability to help you unwind and de-stress.  Key players in this blend are chamomile and lavender which are well-known for their ability to enhance a good night’s sleep.  This soothing combination would be a delightful addition to your nightly routine.

 

Directions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon with 8 oz hot water for 5 minutes.
