Bulk Raw Honey per/lb

Bright Eyes Honey for those who use honey for baking, special events, or just want to stock up for the year. Minimum order is 20 lbs (just under 2 gallons).

Buying in quantity like this will save you $$ off the jar price. We generally sell out of bulk honey rather quickly because of how much we jar up when spinning out.

General notes:

• We are a small family business with hives in SE Minnesota and NE Iowa. We want to be a blessing to your family by helping make wholesome raw foods a part of your diet. Raw honey is a sweet way to do that with golden goodness from the amazingly designed honey bees God has blessed our world with. We are privileged to be able to partner with these creatures.
• Our raw honey is filtered, but otherwise unprocessed. When extracting, the frames of honey may be warmed as an aid to the extraction process, and crystallized honey may be warmed to re-liquify prior to sale. It is otherwise unheated.
• Raw honey is purported to have a variety of health benefits where enzymes and nutrients remain intact that would otherwise break down through commercial pasteurization. It also contains naturally occurring pollen which may help some people with seasonal allergies.
• Honey should not be fed to children under one year of age as their gut is still developing and there is a small risk of botulism from certain bacteria that are naturally found in the environment.
• Honey needs no refrigeration. It will keep on the shelf indefinitely. Raw honey naturally crystallizes (granulates) over time. The rate of crystallization varies depending on the ratio of fructose to glucose in the honey (which varies by nectar source), the moisture content, and other variables. It is perfectly fine to use this granulated honey or it can be re-liquefied. To liquefy it, gently heat it by placing the container in hot water (not boiling) or in the sun on a warm day, or some other warm location.
